Devotional:
There are moments in life when God asks us to move forward in ways that don’t make sense. To walk, to circle, to trust — without any sign that progress is happening. The Israelites knew what that felt like. For seven days, they marched around Jericho, saying little, doing only what the Lord commanded.
Can you imagine what it felt like on day three? Day five? Day six? The walls still standing. The doubts pressing in.
But obedience isn’t about understanding. It’s about faith.
And on the seventh day, when they lifted their voices in a shout of praise, the walls fell flat.
Sometimes, our obedience feels quiet. Repetitive. Maybe even unseen. But God honors the steps we take when we trust Him with the outcome. If you’ve been circling something in prayer, faithfully walking even when you see no change—don’t give up. Keep walking. The seventh day is coming.

Lord,
Give me strength to keep walking when the walls don’t budge. Help me obey You without needing all the answers. I trust You, even in the silence. I believe You’re working, even when I see no change. And I praise You in advance for the breakthrough to come.
